| This is a Gibson 1964 Custom Shop Super 400 CESC, custom made with 22 frets. Of course, since I took these pictures in 1975 or so, with an inexpensive camera and the total lack of talent for lighting, etc..., you cannot see the intense flame as I would like to have captured it. The color of the guitar is Iced Tea sunburst. There is no black finish on the guitar at all. The back is a one piece highly flamed maple carved back. Pickups are original PAF's with decals. The guitar may look like it has some blotches in the finish, but it was perfect. It was either the lighting, the film, or just my untalented shooting technique! | |
